Unfortunately migration from redaxo 3.0 to 3.2 didnt work as I wanted, so basically I did a rewrite of some of this page.

fixel is a java application I wrote to become a neuroscience- killer- app or just visualize MRI- data.

So far, it does the later.

I use a stupid but easy way to render the data. This is not very fast but was easy to implement.

 

I will upload a link list, sooner or later and put a bit of documentation here.

I am finetuning some slides (CAUCCO).

More breaking news on 06/10/06. Since loss of persons to spent time with (and some other reasons) I started to port fixel to C/C++. most probably using OpenGL! Volunteers: mail me!

Breaking news at 10/04/06 have a splashscreen now... WUUUHAAA (its a fake, though). Let me increase version number to 0.11 .

Wow, huge speedup done on command line, USE FOLLOWING  PARAMETERS

java -Xmx120m -Dsun.java2d.opengl=True fixel.Fixel (if you have OpenGL and Java 1.5)
